This page will explain the process of using our services form start to finish. If you are left with any questions please read over our Policy page or feel free to contact us!

1. Contact Us

- Use our website and navigate to the "Contact Us" page located on the top right hand corner of every page. Once on this page, use our e-mail link, call our phone number, or simply fill in the information boxes letting us know what services you are interested in.

2. Our Response

- We will promptly respond with more detailed information about our services, and answer any questions you might have had. We will set up a time for your FREE Pooch PowWow.

3. Pooch PowWow

- To allow you and your pets to meet the walker and make sure you are both a good match we will set up a free Pooch PowWow. This gives us time to get to know each other. During this time we will learn about your pets likes and dislikes, medical history, or even go for a test walk.

4. Key Pick-up

- Once you have decided to use our services you will need to make two copies of your house keys for Pooch Scoochers. Please make sure both keys are functional before giving them to Pooch Scoochers. Having your keys ready for pick up at the Pooch PowWow will save you the $5 key pick-up charge.

5. Payment Terms

- You will be e-mailed an invoice once you have booked our services. The invoice must be paid in full one week before our set service date.  You can pay this invoice on-line through PayPal's secure service with any major credit card, or mail your check to our office at 210 Osborn St., Philadelphia, Pa. 19128.

6. Your Return

- When returning from work or vacation you will find a note from us (your Pooch Postcard). The Pooch Postcard will give a report on how everything went while you were away. When you arrive home, you need to call us to let us know you've returned. Your Pooch Postcard we leave for you will remind you of this.

6. Key Drop-off

- We will keep your keys at our office to make future booking quick and easy. Your name and the content of your home always remain confidential. House keys are coded anonymously and secured in a lock box. If you preferred we drop your keys back off, there will be a $5 drop off charge.
